Widely known for her past stage acting ventures, Valier Donzelli makes a promising move to writer/director as well as screen actor in this endearing absurdist parody on the romantic comedy genre.
Adèle (Donzelli) is searching for a way to free herself of a painfully deep obsession with her former lover. Enlisting her distant cousin, Rachel, for help she begins a new job and takes on new lovers. However, each one bears a striking, and unsettling resemblance to her previous love. Can Adèle ever truly move on? Will she find happiness again? The answer may not come in the form you expect, but it may involve some spontaneous song and dance...
French actor Jérémie Elkaïm, known for his role in Come Undone (2002), performs an impressive quadruple role in this must see festival flick.
